Dustin Pedroia beat out Delmon Young in the AL pretty handily, and was followed by Bannister, Matsuzaka, Willits, Okajima, Fields, and Soria.
In the NL, Braun edged out Tulo by 2 Points. Pence took third, followed by Young, Kendrick, Escobar, and Loney.
I would have voted for Brian Bannister as the AL choice, but it is pretty hard to argue against anyone who prefers Pedroia or Young. I liked him best, and do have a bias towards pitchers, but it is far closer between those 3 than the voting makes it seem in my opinion.
I also prefer Tulo over Braun, but I am still very happy with the outcome. They were as close as the voting made it seem, I just would have had the 2 points in Tulo's favor.

I agree with Braun, but not Pedroia. Pedroia is overrated. I would have pick Guthrie of the Orioles.

I think the 3 or 4 best rookies were all probably in the NL, I'd probably rank Pence and Young ahead of any of the AL guys...
I'm fine with Pedroia in the AL...he didn't have a great year but was good enough to beat out the competition.
I would have taken Tulo over Braun. To me, Braun's record slugging percentage is great, but the fact he was one of the absolute worst defensive 3B in history takes away a lot of the luster.
